Remove Get Email

I want to remove the "get email" option from dolphin. It's the one on the profile page. I don't want my members thinking that their emails are being given out in any way.

Is there a way to remove the get email option?

Admin Panel - Settings - Advanced Settings - Tick Anonymous Mode

For D7 it will be in the Profiles Tab in Advanced Settings

 I'm PAINFULLY AWARE that this post is 7 years old but this method doesn't work in 7.3.3
