Remove Events Link in Events?

Hi,

Is it possible to remove the event link from the events on a profile page?

What I have is the "events" box on the users profile page but the "title" of the event and also the thumbnail is linked to

events.php?action=show_info&event_id=1

how can I remove this so the events box is completely static and cant be clicked?

Do you want to display the even but not have the link or do you want all information removed from the box? 

Makes a difference in how you do it.
