Registration Code

I would like to have the ability to require a registration code in order to register on my Dolphin Pro website. i  was thinking a captcha module could be used that would allow the admin to set his  own question and answer to the captcha before the guest could register.  So as admin I could set a question and a correct answer and if the guest can answer the question then they can register.
