Redirecting to home page

Hello,

Whenever I try to perform any action in Deano's Tools, like saving it redirects me back to my home page, as if a 404 is encountered. Any ideas? 

permalinks maybe  but i dont know if he uses them in his tools.   there is a support thread in the forums for his tools...
