Redirect to join page

When someone clicks on the promo block it redirects to the join.php page for some one to join.  I wish to have it direct elsewhere or nowhere.  Where do I alter this, what file do i edit?

by the way , you can enit the url target of this promo images by editing your design.inc.php

open your inc/design.inc.php-->

see the function getPromoCode()--->$sPromoLink = $site['url'] . ( $logged['member'] ? 'member.php' : 'join.php' );

just edit above url....

Thankyou, That is exactly what I was after.  When clicking on the promo images, instead of being directed to join.php I wanted users to be directed to another page.

I have a splash page which people have to join from to become a member, so it did not make sense for the promo block to link to the join page from the home page because they already had to be a member to be at the index.php page. Thank you. I just redirected the link to the upload photo page.
