Redirect to any page after logon (need new version)

i want a next generation mod of this version! 
the idea: 

i if a user login from HOME, just than the user should comes to his profil page!

if a user is showing a other profil page and login than, than he should be on this other profil page again (that he can do some actions or whatever)... and not on his own. you understand me what i want?

i hope somebody can help me... :-D
