During the last 4 days, I'm trying to redeem my Installation ticket ( Ticket ID: BX-17453 ) and already have 2 open tickets about this problem without any solution or answer from stuff.
Boonex Unity Support BX-17453 and the other one Boonex Unity Support BX-17468
I spent one more paid service ticket to knocking the door and again without answer.
Could somebody, please , answer me what is wrong with them?
Or should I send more info or everybody on vacation?
