Ok, I am looking for a good database programming language which can be web based though local would be good too. I would like to replace my excel spreadsheet due to the lack of database functions so calculations are important.
I have looked at speed iron, but is that expensive.... monthly/annual ad-infinitum bill....
Any and all help appreciated.
