Rearranging Users

Through Admin, would it be possible to rearrange the sequence of users?  For an example, when I was creating my site I had several test users (1-4) that I created, later deleted.  My user count starts at 5.  I'm the admin, but right now i'm 5.  Is there a way I can recreate user #1 with my user profile?

Not sure why it matters but go to phpMyAdmin > profiles table and change the IDs as you wish.

Also : Admin --> Users --> Members --> click on the member(s) you would like to "Feature" and you'll always be #1!
