OK,
If a person who takes a membership level that pays and the only way they can do that is go through the account page to upgrade the membership once they choose one there is no way to go to the next upgrade from the place they first got the upgrade? Is that correct? The account page was designed to be like a command central right? But yet you can't get to membership upgrade 2 from there?
IOW there is another step to understand what they must do in order to understand how to upgrade their current membership level?
If you do a step by step process does this make sense to others? The options are all there it is a matter of saying do ALL these steps to upgrade your membership level BUT AND HOWEVER how are they suppose to know that? THIS is one of the main issues with the membership process behind Dolphin IMHO... It is like a riddle wrapped inside an enigma to do what IMHO needs to be so much easier to do and really should be a prompted suggestive and very easy process. Like you have been a member for 6 months now were you aware this membership is available and you can upgrade now to this by simply clicking here...
I assume and I am running the site that it is ass/u/med that the end user will figure it out? Is that the Idea? To me yes that is great for all of the developers to do but is a ridiculous notion to assume the end user, "customer" wants to spend time figuring it out and or has the same motivation as a developer does. If they can't figure it out Bye Bye and off to a site that does it better...
