Real live spammers are getting sites from Boonex!

Just as a test today I changed my sig over to BOTH of my URL's just to see if there was any connections with spam and Boonex. Now I have security questions on both of my sites that require a human to join,, one of them even requires the human to use Google if they don't know off the top of their head what year a certain Scottish football team was founded. Well sure enough I put my URL's on my profile this after noon and here it is midnight and just had a bot join both sites one after the other with the same pic, same name, and same spam blog post and I know for fact they got my URL's from my signature here on my Boonex profile!

Makes sense. The forums here are indexed by the search engines. It would make sense that they are being swept for url's. Perhaps any email addresses they can find as well.

My own site is posted hundreds of times in the forums on this site.

But my spam filter keeps them under control.

Yeah I have precautions in place to keep mine under control I get maybe 1 or 2 at the most a day,  part of my routine when i wake in the morning is drink my coffee while I delete the ones that snuck in while I was asleep. But today was the first time i had the same one, same pic, same name, same everything join both sites back to back, so I knew where it got the links,, far as other times I can see in the stats counter the Boonex specific keywords they use to find sites to spam.
