ReFund Yes Or No

I have a general question I would like to ask the people of boonex just to see what kind of thoughts you have.

Stay you went you a store and bought a item, got home, opened up it up and found that the item was broke and would not work as described from the instructions. You then go back to the store, but only find that there is a big " Store has moved to unknown location" sign posted on the door. So months go by and you try to track down the owner of the store so you can request either a new item or that they fix the one you bought.  You and the owner end up arguing and the owner ends up telling you to throw away the product and come back in 2 days and he will give you a refund. So in 2 days you come back and find that the owner will not give you the refund still. What would you do?????

 2. Post bad reviews on Yahoo and Google

 3. Take the item back to Walmart and try to trick them into taking it back.

I'm laughing at some of these responses you guys posted up. This has nothing to do with the dispute I opened up but  a lot of this same kind of stuff goes on in the world. This is related to a radio show that i listen to every morning on the way to work. One of the on air host is a female, she was  telling this story of how she got ripped off from a free coupon of a popcorn basket. I have never heard of a popcorn basket before, but supposely this company was sending out coupons for either half off or free popcorn baskets. So this lady decided to go get one for her daughter. The coupon said to call a head and place your order before you come in to pick it up. So the lady did as instructed, but when she got to the location, there was a big sign on the door that said " Business has moved" - but left no forwarding address on the sign. If you had heard the radio show then you would have been laughing as well as you listen to how upset this lady got over a popcorn basket. The name of the radio show is kid kraddick in the morning.
