Re-skin chat?

Does anyone know how to make a new skin for the chat module? I have found the default skin and downloaded the default.jpg and the default.swf files but the .jpg is just a thiumb and the .swf is a big pink blob.....

Does anyone know the propper procedure for creating and new skin. Any advice will be appreciated,

ok.... I have a plan... load the .swf into flash, modify it until it looks how I want,  and then save it over the origional default file. or... can i re-name it as "myskin.swf" and upload it to the skins location and then select it through rayz admin???

I remember trying it once before in the past, but my version of flash did not like the files so i had problems with them. Found it to be to much of a hassle, so i did not bother.

Im having the same problems with flash mx. I downloaded the source files but they won't open. Such a shame as it would be great to be able to create custom skins.

 I even tried to decompile the default swf online, which i did, but that just gives me a text file of the code and I dont know what to do with that.

I guess i will stick with ugly chat for a while and then fork out a fortune for a better option if and when it is needed lol...
