Re-loading Ray Licences

I had the 6.1.5 upgrade accept I had loads of problems with it despite it looking good so company that did it put it back to 6.1.4. But now half my Ray widgets won't work because the licenses seem to have been un-installed. If you try movie you get this widget is not registered. I've checked on my Boonex account and it does show at least half of the widgets are not registered. Please can you tell me how I re-register them so I can get site fully functioning again?
