Re-arranging photos

Is there a way that members can rearrange their photos. I'm sure this was once a feature but can't seem to do this any longer.

It existed with the 7.1.6 branch.  I have not upgraded past that branch so I can not say with the latest branch.  It was organisze.

yoursite.com/m/photos/albums/my/organize/

I guess you could add a menu link to that url under the photos sub menu.

Also if you click on add photo,sound,video, or file then on the add block you will see the drop down menu in  the top right of the block with organize and other actions ...
