How can I change the avatar page?
I want the cropping box on top...

the first image is of the "normal" avatar select, crop page.
I want to change the layout to the second image..

I think this should be a core change. 80% of members do not see the Avatar cropping tool at the bottom and never complete the "add" I've used an admin module and gone into memberships to manually finish on couple of sites I forgot to apply this change to. It really helps for new members to understand if they see the default avatar page "reversed"
