Ray3.5 says Not Installed

I have a paid-for Dolphin 6.1.4 install loaded and a free version of Ray Widgets running fine .  I purchased Add-free Ray Widgets, uploaded the files and now all the widgets and the admin area say "Not installed".  I need help getting this fixed very, very fast.  Can somebody help?

You must following the install.txt instructions, there more to it than simply upload those files.
