Ray video player problem??

I realy dont know what hav i done wrong i have Dolphin 6.1 + Ad-Free Ray 3.5 + Orca 2.0 instaled on my server everything sems to be working fine apart from Ray video, whem i,m trying to upload file it is uploading it up to the last stage 100% at the end of the process i,m geting a popup uploading error, i realy dont know what is the problem, can someone help please
