Hi, I am using ray. I install AV chat when i click on admin from ray plugin it is not showing admin page following error occur.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /my_community/ray/modules/chat/app/admin.swf on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I change the file permissions but it is still not showing anything.

Any one having complete details of file permisions or how can i solve this error.
