Ray movie file's hosting

i have a query,.. can anyone help with this one. i have been thinking with the ray video and music player is their a way that i could host all of the files in a media server seprate where i installed my dolphin? how can i configure dolphin to connect eg. www.mydolphinsite.com to www.mymediaserver.com? that also goes with the uploader once i uploaded the video it would transfer the file to the mediaserver...thanks for the help hope someone can help me with this...
