Ray licences not working

Yesterday I was in the admin section of my site and noticed the ray things were not registered. I have been using dolphin ad free. So i went and generated the licences, and tried to register them. Now I get a popup saying the licences are wrong. Now none of the ray widgets will work, but they were working fine before I tried to get the licences. Any ideas?

All of the Ray items were working properly in my freshly installed Dolphin with Ray and then I popped in to put in my free license for the widgets that I want to try out...and...The system tells me that me:  Wrong license number.  I'm not sure how to fix it.

i had the same problem,i found a sollution to it,maybe there is better ones but still i know that this work, just go to you ray/modules folder and delete lets say shoutbox folder (lets say u want to register it) the reupload shoutbox folder which originally comes in dolphin with free ray, once u upload there should be install folder in it, once u finished uploading,go to your admin section choose ray administration (where all widgets are installed) choose shoutbox>install>do what is nescessary,once installed delete install folder from shoutbox folder (via ftp) and u should be able to enter your license key now.
