Ray isn't installed?

Hi, I downloaded and installed the pack inside Dolphin-v.6.1.4-Free.zip at http://www.websterleiden.com/community/

Ray doesn't seem to be installed, do I need to install it separately? When I try linking to it via the admin panel under plugins, the link is javascript:void(0);

Can anyone help?

does your server run the ffmpeg.exe? this seems that since ray isnt loading at all, nor is it installing, there is some underlying server malfunction. did you receive any errors during install? where are you hosted? shared, vps, or dedicated?

well, first would like to know how you uploaded the files. did you extract locally and upload via ftp, or did you upload the compressed set and extract on the server? i would send a support ticket to your hosting provider and ask them, if you can run the ffmpeg.exe, this could be the problem. if ffmpep.exe is running, then i would say try another shot at the install.
