Ray desktop and blank page!

Hi,

 I have the latet version of Dolphin and Ray on ad-free licence

When a member clicks on the instant messenger on the desktop;

It sayings 'loading' and then a blank page appears.

any help?

it would appear to me that you have the use rms check box ticked, and you dont have an rms account, and must be trying to utilize the rms.boonex.com free rms. well if thats the case, and i presume it is, my suggestion would be to purchase a stand alone rms streaming media account. if you are interested, please contact me, and we can work on getting you setup.

and my friend, its not Ray desktop that is blank, thats ray av chat. well maybe, who knows, are they clicking on the desktop, or are there clicking on the website the chat button on the horizontal menu bar?
