Ray chat give error "Invalid parameters"

Hello friends. I have a big problem. a Few day my chat give this error, when i try to enter " INVALID PARAMETERS". How to fix?

Go to admin area, and click settings membership levels, and now in standart level add ray chat, ray IM, ray video... !
