Ray Video player

Hello,

I get some troubles with Ray video player admin center.

It's impossible to see the selected video and play it also impossible to download it. What Can I do??

Go over to the wikitrac and you will see the answer to this.  If you run your own RMS you can fix it, if your leasing RMS you need whoever your leasing from to fix it.

Can you please provide me a link to know how to do this??
