Ray Profile Music Player Problem

Hi,

Our ray music player in the profiles is acting up, all contols are gone (play pause etc) and the track names dont show up correctly.

Hi there. I am not sure why it is doing this. Try reinstalling ray or the music player in ray?

Or try remove the profile player block then move it back in or something?

Or upgrade to 7 (I would recommend)

Ive known this to fix this issue.

In the file /flash/modules/mp3/skins/index.php

This issue was fixed by commenting out readfile ($sFile); at the bottom and inserting readfile ('default.swf'); like this:

Line 16   //readfile($sFile);
Line 17   readfile('default.swf');

May or may not help...

That sounds great, but that path doesnt seems to be there, i don't have a /flash folder in my root?

And i tried re installing but would not fix.

It did work tho! thanks! I managed to find the file in a differnet path /ray/modules/mp3/skins/index.php

Nice one, that just saved me a massive headache!

It will be in the /ray directory for Dolphin 6.1.x

It will be in the /flash directory for Dolphin 7.0.0
