Ray Presence using FREE v

I get this message when I click on my presence....I have allowed users to use most features...including this one.

Your current membership (Standard) doesn't allow you to _use Ray presence.

If you have indeed added it in your admin...membership levels...standard...use ray presence, and have configured the options as unlimited or whatever then it should work.

Be sure that the particular member you are logged in as is standard. Make sure you are not logged in as admin or another member that is not standard.

Finally try closing your browser windows completely. Open it backup and login as a member that is known to be part of the standard membership.

It appears that the Free Ray Presence has issues if you have it installed in a sub-directory. When it is installed in the root directory, it works no prob.

I have two sites, one is in a sub-directory and the other in root.

So my two cents...install in root ONLY!
