i have a big problem with ray music player. i was install Dolphin 6.1 + Free Ray 3.5 + Orca 2.0 on my LINUX host, dolphin and Orca works good on my host. but i have some problem with ray :( .. it' s doesn't work good, i did free licanse register on ray admin panel. and i was install music player. so everything ok
but i have problem with music player.. i can listen music (mp3 file) on my site so i can hear music, but i can't control music because my player doesn't work, It just says Loading... i check it on ray admin panel and when i click "template" it just says <<<< directory 'music/skin' is empty >>>> i check this file with ftp program, there is not empty.. what is my problem ?? How can I solve this problem ? can u help me pls .....

it appears you have some permission problems here. it is not able to read the files from rayz. who ran this install, also where are you hosted at, as this could very well be a problem as well?

Well, for starters, I see that there is an error log in that directory that has some information in it. Start by posting the contents of that error log.
It looks like the path is "/ray/modules/music/skins/error_log".
Open that file in a text editor and post your results back here. |

thanks u much for hlep, but I installed Dolphin 6.1 + Free Ray 3.5 + Orca 2.0 yesterday so i solve <<<< directory 'music/skin' is empty >>>> problem, its mot problem for me anymore.and i check just now "/ray/modules/music/skins/error_log" no error_log there. my problem is music player isn't loading, it just says loading but not loading
