 Hello, I've successfully registered the FREE Ray Music Player and it's working fine. But, on the video player, I'm getting the following error message when I try to enter my registration key for the Movie Player/Video Player I get the following error message in a red pop-up box: "Incorrect input parameters" What exactly does this mean? I've triple-checked the key I'm entering in my Unity user account licenses. It's very bizarre. |
what version of Ray are you using - and what version of Dolphin? Regards Artur |
Dolphin version 6.1.4 and the Ray plugin control panel says "You use the latest version of the ray base" - I downloaded and installed about 2 weeks ago. |
problem can be only if you have uploaded stand along version of Ray - instead of integrated one. You need to download Dolphin package (Free or Add free depend on your Ray package) and use ray folder from it. Regards Artur |
