Is there any service that offers Ray Media Server access to small sites? Perhaps someone has this hosting but wishes to share the billing amongst sites that are new with low traffic?

Is it correct that I can keep my current host for Dolphin but use another for RMS? If anyone has RMS hosting but is not using the full resources can you let me know.
