Ray - Loading Error

when I click on RAY via admin/plugins/Ray all i get is Loading Error,
running dolphin 6.14 free

what is wrong? - how can i register widges

and yes, i have the same problem with dolphin 6.16 free ....

my server is ok - a yaer ago i installed on a nother domain same server and it worked.

an suggestions - please help
