It's not extremely important that I get this working but it would be a cool added feature. I've gotten the app built and I've installed it on 2 different machines for testing. Nearly everything works except for the feature that I most want it for which is the chat. At first the Invite to IM buttons were not even showing in the application but I found the XML file that had them set to false and set them to true so the icons show up now. However, when I click on them a window opens and shows the javascript loading image but nothing else ever happens. Does anyone have any ideas? The IM and chat in the site work just fine it's just the app that isn't working correctly. Thanks.

I think it is set to false for the simple reason that offline members cant be IM'ed, if its not showing on the profile you are viewing make sure its online then go check with online members, use the members with light bulb on just to be sure.

No, that's not it. It shows only the online members regardless of that setting set to true or false but if it's set to false the icon for chat doesn't show at all in the window. With it set to true it does show the icon. The icon showing is not the problem. The problem is that when it's clicked and the chat window opens it only shows the javascript loading animation and never loads. I'm wondering if it's looking for the javascript in the wrong place or maybe there's a problem with the javascript preventing it from running. Any other ideas? Thanks. 

Same issue here....has anyone seen the desktop working anywhere, other than in the screencast?

mine works, members are using it everytime. check adsforum168.com- however I did lengthen the online time for members ,set it to 60000000 minutes

Where do you set/lengthen the online time?

Admin panel advance setting. hope this can help you.
