Ray Desktop

Hi!

any one can you help me with ray desktop?
i already install ray desktop but but when i try to run "C:\Program Files\Agent\desktop.exe" it just shows up "Loading configuration" non stop any idea what wrong?

i use
version 3.1
build 0000
http://mysite.com/ray/
mysite.com.

Check your settings at your Dolphin Admin Panel => Plugins => Ray Suite => Desktop Setting

and check if you have where you have installed Ray, usually C:/programs/ray_desktop/out/ if the Agent is there if not than you have to click in Ray desktop folder on create.

ok i already done all what are you saying and upload to my server all running ok so i try to download back at My Presence and all running fine when i done download i try to run "C:\Program Files\Agent\desktop.exe" it just shows up "Loading configuration" non stop any idea what wrong?

ok i have install rms on my server and all my ray chat,video etc running just find the problem only for the desktop.. it just shows up "Loading configuration" non stop i have to restart my pc to make that loading disappear.
