Ray Chat Sucks

I have a user that cannot get Chat to load. He gets the spinning circle or just a line across the page.

Also, no videos will load.

He has a MAC but has also tried his PC. He uses Internet Explorer and Safari.

I had him update his flash player but made no difference,

Anyone have any suggestions?

could be his internet speed ?

as flash will be no good on dial up ?

also maybe worth a shot at the firewall of his pc or network router strange i know but always worth a go

This seems to be a constant issue on my site.. I'm about ready to dump it. Is anyone using a different chat? Integrated?
