 Hey All, Currently having a few issues with our install of Ray Chat on our site, basically, the Chat is loading but won't go past the loading screen no matter how long it is left for. Currently not set to use the RMS server. EDIT: Ran the patch and now receiving "User Authentication Failed" Can anyone help out? |
Having same problem with Ray 3.5.2. The chat was loading fine before I went to the Ray admin and registered the chat. I can connect to the chat from the admin area but not from the site, it just keep getting stuck at the "loading" part. Also, I see it trying to connect to rms.boonex.com which I don't have as my rms server. I am using CyberXing for my rms. Could this be the reason? Please help. |
