Ray 3.5 free standalone wont work

Hi people

I have ray 3.5 free standalone downloaded...

De instal was great no problems there....

But when i try to start ray it gif nothing, i only see a blanc screen???

What did i do wrong??

I also can find the license key and where do i put that in???
