Ranking/Rating function problems

I have searched hours and cannot find a simple ranking system as found at the AMC website for members to rank its movies.  The ranking function is found here http://movies.amctv.com/movie-guide/tim-dirks-top-100.php  or any other of there ranking lists they have on there site. Does anyone know of a script that performs this same function?  I cant find it.

There is nothing like this in existence presently. You will have to get a programmer to custom develop it for you.
