Random quotes, Leaders, and the Shoutbox

A couple of questions about general features:

* There is a function to turn on "Random Quotes" but the quotes don't seem to appear anywhere. Is the function incomplete, or does something need to be added to a template to make the quotes appear.

* I have yet to see a user appear as a "Leader" on the home page.  Many users have ratings. What more is necessary for a user to appear as a "Leader".

* The "Shoutbox" scrollbar cuts off letters so they are not visible. Also, there no longer appears to be any way to delete comments in the "Shoutbox". Is there a way to delete comments, or to change the width so the scrollbar doesn't hide the connect text?

There is a free mod for the shoutbox, its working onder tools in admin section. You can delete comments you want.

I still get this problem as above; letters are being covered by the scrollbar; if i make changes to the css-file it doesn't change anything..

what should i do?
