RSS feeds not working in FORUM POSTS

Dolphin 6.1.6

The RSS feeds don't load in the FORUM POSTS block. I have permanently this image :

The RSS URL is working directly but not in the FORUM POSTS block.

I have to make working this block : it's a required feature for my site.

My site is on Bluehost.

ALL RSS FEEDS NOT WORKING !!!
