RMS working, admin connects user doesnt

Ok, I have the latest and greatest version of the RMS installed and working, however, in the admin panel i can click the admin chat in the base, and it works fine, but on the user end, it just says loading? any ides?

rms 3.5.1 dolphin 6.1.4

I was having the exact same issues and it's been this way for a while now.

I finally decided to back up important data bases and do a fresh install, import the saved data base sql's to save all clients sites and chat works fine now...just a temp fix i am affraid,but it worked.
