Hello again,
I have a little rms problem. I payed for hosted rms at joomByte and put their data in
ray setting. Settings were corectly saved, but there is still a
problem. When i click on a video on my site and run Firebug, i can see
thet there is a line: - GET crosdomain.xml rms.boonex.com/ray/crossdomain.xml
after 10-15 seconds this shows up - GET crosdomain.xml rms.boonex.com/crossdomain.xml
and only after (about 30 seconds) the video shows up.
Where can i remove that setting? So that only joombyte in ray settings
is active? Thank you, Renato

You will have to talk to your hosting company for that i think

More than likely you have a bad video uploaded and it's sitting in the RMS with no way to deal with it. You need to go into your Admin Panel where you approve Videos and take a look. Are there any you can't play? Once the video is found you can delete it, if you can't because it's corrupt then the RMS host will have to delete it. Seen this many times on D6.

Thank you for the tip, but sadly didn't work either. I've checked all the videos on site and all of them played normally, but all of them needed around 30-60 seconds to start playing.
I can't figure it out ....

Any idea? I'm still in the dark ... |
