RMS install HELP!

I searched through a lot of topics about RMS, but I really am confused.

Using D6.1.6 I connected on rms.boonex.com

I've read that it isn't possible on D7RC2 anymore and I have to setup and install RMS server on a dedicated server or something like that.

On the downloadpage there is a download file named RMS-Linus_7.0.tar.gz

My members cannot upload (but can view) music and videofles now.

Chat is working, so there must be something installed right?

So what should I do now?

Do I have to upload something or install????

Can someone give me a step-by-step instruction to get RMS working?

Or is there a website where I can find usefull info about the RMS?

I contacted my hosting provider. They do not support Ray Media Server.

But in modules -> flash apps -> settings my settings are RMS 0.0.0.0.

Everythings works (chat uploading photos, music) except uploading videofiles

Does anyone have some info about RMS for me?

Can I leave the settings like this or do I have to change or install something?

And that to do with the .tar.gz file provided with the upgrade?
