I was trying to set RMS on the RAY, and after it saves I went back and saw that it didn't really save the IP address I put in.
I was told that I didn't install the AD FREE version, instead I inserted the license over the FREE version, which may cause a mismatch. Is that making any sense to you? Do I need to re-install the AD FREE version? If that so, where do I find it? the full version? Also if this is not the case, what cause the Base Settings in Ray not to save the RMS setting even though it seems like after I clicked save it took it and saved it.
