RMS Needed for Viewing Videos?

I am currently using wowza with a 3rd party chat module integrated with boonex.  I would like to remove RMS from my enviornment if no longer needed as I am quite sure I am not using most of the flash features.  Could someone please confirm if  RMS is used  when viewing videos with the standard videos module or the HTML5 player?  

RMS is only used for video comments, recording videos, audio/video chat and messaging (if using the default chat and messenger modules), photo shooter, and I also think the whiteboard.

If you don't use any of that, feel free to kill the server.
