RMS ERROR

I need help i install RMS on my windows server and have it somewhat running Dolphin 7 d4 seems to connect since i do not get any error message but when I try to get the chat working or anything that needs the RMS to run I get the white screen of death ok just a blank white screen :-) can you please guide me as to what I might have done wrong , I did follow every step in the installation guide my ports are all open on my end and i do not have any firewalls running.
