RECOMMEND BLOCK MISSING VOTE ICONS

THIS IS REALLY STRANGE., I HAVE TESTED A LOT OF THINGS OUT.

FIRST I RECOPIED OVER THE SOCIAL DATABASE FROM THE FRESH INSTALL.

THEN I COPIED THE FRESH INSTALL ROOT DIRECTORY OVER TOP OF MY EXISTING CODE.

I GET INTERMITENT PROBLEMS WITH THE RECOMMEND BLOCK.

IT SEEMS TO HAVE A MIND OF ITS OWN. MISSING VOTING ICONS.

AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS THE FIREWALL. SO TESTED IT WITH THE SYSTEM TOTALLY OFF OF

PROTECTION. WASN'T THAT. I HAVE TO IDEA HOW TO FIX THIS. IS IT HTML CODE OR SOMETHING?

OR JUST LOADING THE SCREEN LAG. IN ANY CASE IT IS RANDOMLY DISPLAYING THE VOTING ICONS FOR FACEBOOK GOOGLE. PIN IT ETC. THIS IS GETTING REALLY ANNOYING. THE FRESH RESTORES OVER THE DATABASE AND THE CODE DID NOT WORK. I NEED SOME HELP. TO MANAULLY REMOVE ALL THE RECOMMEND BLOCKS WILL PROBABLY TAKE OVER AN HOUR. IF I CAN'T GET IT WORKING

@AKATheJoker I was wondering what Dolphin version you are running.. I see you have too many issues. I will try to help if I can..  I am running D7.3.3 and I have no issues at all..

RUNNING D7.1.6 MIGHT TRY AN UPGRADE THOUGH

Upgrading your site to the latest version would be ideal.. I am almost certain most of your current issues will be gone, unless you have other issues related to 3rd party Mods which is totally a different ball game..

7.1.6 is stable but i need to know where the "recommend" code is so i can overwrite it with working code

its still acting up only displaying some and no counts
