RC4 modify dates older than RC3?

I noticed most of the RC4 file create dates go back to November where all RC3 dates were 12/12/09.  I hope no new bugs come from using these older complied files.

I noticed the same thing, mainly in the /modules/ folders.  Something like 11/24/09...

So far thought, after the upgrade, I've had no issues with my site.

(now crossing fingers...lol)
