RC3 fields.php display/switch error?

Using Dolphin RC3, when logged into admin panel, fields builder (edit profile, view profile, search profile), the "active items", "inactive blocks", and "Inactive Items" areas repeat down the page, rather than switch. When I click on one of the radio buttons (i.e. "admin", "owner", "visitor"), it jumps down to the respective area. Anyone else having this problem?

make sure that you are using official RC updates, but not manual trunk updates from SVN

then make sure that you definitely overwrite old files with new ones, and cleaned all cache directories after upgrade is completed.
