RC3 Language keys missing

I installed from scratch with RC3 and found out that several language keys are missing :

events, groups, store

While installing the script, I encountered several database errors. I called my hoster (Gigapros.com) and they solved it by disabling the open-basedir restriction.

I did not have that problem installing RC2 ... so what changed ?

Also getting an error message at the end of installation. Normally I should set permissions to INC folder on 755, but they were already on 755. Still the error stays there, so I just skipped it. But wondering what the effect will be on the script.

Hello, can you show us what language key was missed (full key name) ?

It's all keys in the events, groups and store section. In RC2 those sections where missing. They added them again in RC3 but forgot to add the language keys.
