RC2 to RC3 won't upgrade

I started with RC2 first and uploaded RC3 today. Here is the eeror I get

7.0.0.RC-7.0.0.RC2 Update can not be applied

Never installed RC but waited for RC2. Any ideas to solve?

Do you not see a link above that that says

7.0.0.RC2 -7.0.0.RC3 - Available

this might be a stupid ? but in the list of things ta do in the

upgrade list, it says Clean /cache/, /cache_public/ and /tmp/

does this mean delete whats in the folders ?

Means login to your FTP and clean those folders EXCEPT for the .htaccess file. These just stored cached pages on your site.. its harmless, kinda like clearing the cache of your internet browser.

thanks chris, i just deleted the things in there except the .ht what ever that files name is lol

Read carefully. I started with RC2 full install. There is no RC installed. I went from RC2 to RC3. It's trying to find RC so I just need to change a line somewhere to go from RC2 to RC3. The above is all the upgrade page says.
